Songfield is a gathering space for singing rooted in relational presence. We connect through song, embodiment, and relational mindfulness practices, inviting a more conscious music-making experience to deepen our aliveness as we play and create in the group field. What a Songfield Gathering includes: warming up our voices and bodies; learning and singing songs together; relational fielding practices supporting attunement, authenticity, connection, and coherence; more singing; group reflection.
